The American Animal Hospital Association, otherwise known as AAHA is the only organization that accredits veterinary practices in both the United States and Canada. The AAHA inspection is voluntary and happens every three years, and in order to become accredited, practices must demonstrate adherence to over 900 standards of care. Less than 15% of all veterinary practices in the U.S. and Canada have earned this honor. Lombard Veterinary Hospital has been accredited since 1991 and this is an honor we are extremely proud to hold. We passed our most recent inspection back in June of 2021! Participating in the AAHA certifications is one of the many ways why we provide our clients, and patients alike, top-level care and treatment.
