Monique has always had a deep love for animals, growing up with four dogs throughout her childhood. Experiencing firsthand how medical conditions can impact pets inspired her to pursue a career in veterinary medicine. She is passionate about helping dogs and cats when they are sick or injured and enjoys educating clients on how to best care for their pets. She joined the Lombard Veterinary Hospital team in February of 2025 and is excited to continue learning, especially about urgent care beyond the day-to-day of general practice.
At home, Monique has two beloved dogs—a 4-year-old Pitbull mix and a 12-year-old senior Chihuahua. In her free time, she enjoys watching anime, going to concerts, and playing Xbox. Her favorite game? Resident Evil 4—both the original and remastered versions!
