Greg

Greg Ludwig has served as the Hospital Administrator at Lombard Veterinary Hospital since 2012. He has deep roots in Lombard as a fourth generation Lombard resident. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Business from National Louis University. Greg was elected as a Park Board Commissioner in 2011 and he serves as a Director for the Lombard Area Chamber of Commerce. It is in this role that he is Co-Chair of the Annual Lilac Ball. He loves helping to care for the pets of so many people who he knows from the community and leading an outstanding team of professionals at LVH. He has been married to Dr. Ludwig since 1987 and they have two college-age children, Gregory and Grace. Their pets include Duke, a Golden Retriever, and Roger, a very spoiled tabby cat. When Greg isn’t working, he enjoys golfing and traveling. At one point, he wanted to be a stand-up comedian and he trained at Second City in his younger days. He previously worked on-air radio for more than 10 years and worked in the travel industry for more than 20 years before joining the family business at Lombard Veterinary Hospital.
