How will this move impact my pet's appointments?
Over the weekend of September 27th-September 29th, we will be seeing we will be seeing primarily sick patients / urgent care and scheduling preventive care for the following week at our Villa Park Location, located at 31 W St Charles Rd, Villa Park 60181. We will be open our typical hours from 7 am-8 pm. We expect to have two doctors available to see your pet(s) if you need us. You can call either number, 630-627-7090 or 630-832-1666 to reach us. We expect to be fully operational at 244 E St Charles Rd in Lombard by 7 am on Monday, September 30th!

Will I still be able to see my regular veterinarian?
At our new location, our doctors will pick back up right where we left off at 1300 S Main Street. We are excited to welcome you into our brand-new home!
Is there anything we should know regarding parking or accessing the new location?
Client parking will be located on the east side of the building. Please use the portico in the event of an emergency!
Once you are parked, please walk right in! If you need curbside assistance for any reason, please give us a call and one of our Client Service Concierge Team members will be right out to assist you!
Will I still be able to pick up my pet's medications and food?
During the move, we will have all medications ready to be picked up at 1300 S Main Street. We expect to have everything moved and ready for pick up at the new hospital by Monday morning, September 30th at 7 am!
What will the old location be used for?
The old location and its use are still unknown at this time. But as we complete our move, we will have more information for you all soon!
